Rochester and Rutherford Hall is set on grounds laid out with established trees and gardens, offering accommodation for 193 residents in three four-storied buildings.泭 An additional two houses located on the perimeter of hall grounds are part of the Rochester and Rutherford Hall community and may appeal to students with early sporting or other commitments.
