Open Christchurch is back from 2–4 May 2025, and we’re proud to once again be part of this city-wide celebration of exceptional architecture and thoughtful design.
As part of the festival, UC is opening the doors to some of our most iconic buildings, offering a rare opportunity to see the campus through fresh eyes—alongside our community and visitors.

Curated by UC Art Curatorship postgraduate student Holly Neave, this exhibition at Tūranga (Ground Floor) explores the past, present, and future of the Canterbury Museum buildings.
